Luther and Wanda Taylor of SC welcomed home the latest addition from Romania to their family, Juliana, on June 28. Juliana was greeted at the airport by her new sisters, Miranda and Monica, her new brother, Philip, who is also adopted from Romania, along with many friends and other family members.
